    The PASGeP initiative demonstrates how the language of health can be a bridge to communication and collaboration between countries that may not normally engage with each other, by focusing on common needs through continuing education. The adoption of health as a framework for building collaboration between countries as a bridge to peace is already being considered by some countries as a means of driving foreign policy, and PASGeP experience suggests that such a policy on the part of governments could be a fruitful investment.32,33 Moreover, it is a testament to the process when Arabs and Israelis are heard describing each other not just as colleagues but as friends.
