The Conundrum of Low COVID-19 Mortality Burden in sub-Saharan Africa: Myth or Reality?

You didn't consider the use of natural ventilation in this paper. Covid-19 is primarily an indoor disease and is spread in conditions in which there is either poor ventilation or only mechanical ventilation. Many parts of Africa have little air conditioning, or only the elite have access to it, or windows are doors are frequently opened even when there is air conditioning. It's only the relatively elite who spend time in air conditioned spaces. South Africa and Morocco, with higher rates of Covid-19, have more air conditioning. Countries in which most buildings are climate controlled--either through heating or cooling--are suffering higher rates of Covid-19.
